These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the company operating the 999 Gamer platform ("999 Gamer", "we", "us") and users of the platform ("you", "member").

Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being cancelled. It is most beneficial to withdraw only after the wagering requirement has been met. See Section 5 for more details.

• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled without prior verification.

All game outcomes on 999 Gamer are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties. No game result is predetermined.

• All games are certified through third-party RNG audits.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the original stake will be refunded.
• If your connection drops during a live game, the server's recorded result will be considered final.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game rules, the game provider's rules shall apply.

For Sports Betting, the official match result is final. Bets on abandoned matches will be refunded. 999 Gamer reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.

To ensure the fair operation of 999 Gamer, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account under someone else's name.
• Strategically hedging bets or exploiting loopholes to obtain bonuses.
• Registering with a fake ID or false information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Exploiting known platform technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.

If any such activity is detected, 999 Gamer reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without prior notice. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

999 Gamer believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — never a means of income. We genuinely care about the well-being of every one of our members.

999 Gamer also reserves the right to close accounts for rule violations. Such decisions are subject to appeal — please submit your case in writing to our Support team.

999 Gamer is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from sharing your login credentials with others.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or war.
